This holiday home is set in a very quiet location in St. Clair near Le Lavandou (30 km from St. Tropez) on a one-hectare property with cork oaks and lush umbrella pines. The beautiful sandy beach of St. Clair and the azure Mediterranean Sea are just 600 m away. Our grandparents once grew wine on the property, but apart from the terraces, little remains of that today. The cottages are peaceful, far from the main road, on a hillside. The house has two air-conditioned bedrooms for up to 5 guests. There is a living room with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, large fridge and freezer, Senseo and filter coffee machines, and a kettle. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. A small supermarket is within walking distance, and you can enjoy many local sights and restaurants. The area is easily accessible by car from the Netherlands via the usual routes. Flying to Toulon Hyeres Airport is recommended, as it is only a 30-minute drive. Marseille and Nice are reachable in 2 hours. Train travel is also convenient via Brussels – Marseille – Toulon. Cleaning, bed linen, and bath towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.
